LHJWL is an auxiliary of Lake Highlands Women's League. LHJWL is a social organization for young women to establish roots and relationships in the neighborhood, while at the same time having a positive impact on the community.We are very proud to be the junior group of the Lake Highlands Women’s League.
Our 5th annual "Run the Highlands" was April 25th, 2009 at the Lake Highlands North Park. The proceeds from the 2009 "Run the Highlands" will benefit the Fieldcrest (East) side of the Lake Highlands North Park which will fit in perfectly with previous LHJWL projects.Past projects have focused on a renewal at Lake Highlands North Park, including the pond renovation, Sprayground and Loop Trail. LHJWL believes the park is the heart of our neighborhood, a great gathering place for the entire community and a wonderufl place for our children to play.
